Habits are part of our lives. Very powerful. There are certain ways of behaving in a given situation. Habits express our character. Make us effective.

Habits form character of man. You could say that the habit is composed of three elements. Knowledge, skills and desires. Knowledge is the theory - what to do and why. Being able to say - how to do it, and the desire for a theme - I want to do it. These three elements = habit.



As already mentioned, is a powerful component of the habits of our lives. Horace Mann said: "Habits are like a rope. Daily surcharge thread them and soon they can not be stopped. "



habits we can learn but to unlearn. The latter requires, unfortunately, a lot of work and time. Why?

Because habits are an attraction. If there is something deeply ingrained in us for example, tend to postpone things off, pulling away from that really requires a lot of effort and persistence. bad habits often interfere with achieving any goal. It is therefore important that we know how to overcome them. This may be a painful process, it is a change that must be motivated by higher objectives and requires a willingness to subordinate what you want to achieve. As a result of this process comes happiness, which in this case may be the result of the desire and ability to sacrifice what you want now for what we want eventually.
